Job summary

GCG is seeking Customer Support Representatives to back OEM and Industrial customers. This role manages day-to-day orders, coordinates with internal teams on production and delivery, and resolves issues to ensure a superior customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST/EST.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, customer support, or sales support experience.
• Distribution/manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business applications.
• Experience using an ERP system and handling high volumes of online orders.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including POs, EDI, and related documents.
• Support Account Managers with order status, production schedules, delays, and updates.
• Coordinate order changes, including expedites, cancellations, and rescheduling.
• Handle RMAs and customer complaints to resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
