Job summary

GCG's Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist OEM and Industrial customers and Account Managers. You will manage orders, coordinate production and delivery, and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST or EST.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, support or sales support.
• High School diploma minimum; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with ERP.
• Experience handling high volumes of online orders and RMAs.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including POs and e-documentation.
• Support Account Managers and customers with order status and updates.
• Coordinate order changes, expedites, and rescheduling.
• Manage complaints and RMAs through resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
• Support contracts and special projects with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
