GCG is hiring a Customer Support Representative for its Custom Engineered Solutions unit. The role handles day-to-day orders, coordinates with production and delivery, and resolves issues to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CST or EST. Salary starts at $50,000 annually with comprehensive health coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Service, Support, or Sales Support; manufacturing/ distribution preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate/Bachelor’s preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word and business apps
• Experience using an ERP system
• Experience handling high volumes of online orders with accuracy
• Experience processing RMAs (returns)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently and with teams
• Experience in wire, cable, or electronics manufacturing is a plus

Responsabilités

• Process and manage customer orders, including POs and related docs
• Support Account Managers and customers with order status, production schedules, delays and updates
• Coordinate order changes, expediting, pushouts, cancellations, and rescheduling
• Manage customer complaints and RMAs through resolution
• Maintain accurate customer records, open-order reports, and logs
• Support contract amendments and special projects
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and other teams to resolve issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
