Job summary

GCG's Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) is seeking Customer Support Representatives to assist OEM and Industrial customers and Account Managers. You will manage day-to-day orders, coordinate with internal teams on production and delivery, and proactively resolve issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or related fields, strong Excel/Word skills, and ERP experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in Customer Service, Support, or Sales Support in manufacturing or distribution.
High School Diploma required; Associate/Bachelor's preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and business apps; ERP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders, including POs, EDI, and related docs.
Support Account Managers with order status, production schedules, delays, and supply chain updates.
Coordinate order changes, including expedites, pushouts, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Manage customer complaints and RMAs through resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records, open-order reports, and communication logs.
Support contract amendments and special projects.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues.
