Job summary

GCG’s Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) is seeking Customer Support Representatives to support OEM and Industrial customers and Account Managers. This role manages day-to-day customer orders, coordinates with internal teams on production and delivery, and proactively resolves issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Service or Sales Support experience.
• Experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office required.
• Experience handling high volumes of orders and RMAs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including POs and related documentation.
• Support Account Managers and customers with order status and production schedules.
• Coordinate order changes, including expediting and rescheduling.
• Manage customer complaints and RMAs through resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and communication logs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
