Job summary

GCG's Custom Engineered Solutions (CES) unit is seeking Customer Support Representatives to support OEM and Industrial customers and Account Managers. The role handles day-to-day orders and coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues for an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm CST or EST.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service, support, or sales support.
• High school degree required; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and business applications.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Experience handling high volumes of online orders with accuracy.
• Experience processing RMAs (initiation to completion).

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders, including POs and EDI.
• Support Account Managers with order status and production schedules.
• Coordinate order changes and rescheduling.
• Manage customer complaints and RMAs through resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and logs.
• Support contract amendments and special projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Perform other duties.
