Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long‑term value through onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. This is a revenue‑accountable role focused on renewals and GRR targets, requiring strong relationship management and analytical skills.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio of customer accounts with retention and renewals responsibility.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding retention or renewal targets.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based services, or software products.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop proactive account strategies focused on satisfaction, adoption, retention, and long-term value.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure a consistent customer experience.
