Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. The role focuses on renewal planning, revenue retention targets, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with retention/renewal responsibilities.
• Proven track record in meeting renewal and retention targets.
• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based services.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts through lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to hit GRR targets.
• Conduct regular customer meetings and QBRs to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops to support renewal and expansion.
• Ensure CRM accuracy and proactively address risks and renewal gaps.
