Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.

This revenue-accountable role emphasizes renewal execution, GRR targets, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Finance to deliver a consistent customer experience from onboarding to expansion.

Qualificações

• Experience in Customer Success, account management or similar B2B roles.
• Proven track record in driving retention, renewals, and revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts remotely with accountability.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and renewal processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts and drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Build executive relationships and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Finance.
• Monitor health, usage, and churn risks; promote expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and present QBRs, reviews, and renewal forecasts.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and report on retention metrics.
