Job summary

Nurture, a Pushpay company, is building its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. You will own onboarding, training, and ongoing relationships with roughly 45 churches, with growth toward a scalable customer success function.

In addition to training trips and customer engagements, you will translate customer needs to the dev team, document processes, and help shape how Nurture serves churches at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing SaaS or technology setting is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work-streams independently and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onboarding execution and ensure smooth access and setup.
• Partner with Head of Customer Experience on engagements, strategy, and training.
• Run customer-facing meetings and monthly check-ins for assigned churches book.
• Bridge customers and engineering, tracking progress and following up on deliverables.
• Document onboarding workflows and training playbooks to support scale.
• Identify tasks that can be automated or delegated to AI while preserving pastoral touch.
• Travel periodically for in-person training and engagements.
