Job summary

Nurture, a Pushpay company, is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. You will own onboarding and build the scaffolding for how Nurture serves churches at scale, starting with onboarding and administrative drive and growing into a trusted thought partner shaping our customer success function.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding execution, securing access and coordinating with engineering on setup.
• Partner with Head of Customer Experience on customer engagements and strategy discussions.
• Run customer-facing meetings and monthly check-ins for assigned churches.
• Bridge customers and development team, ensuring transparency on progress and remaining work.
• Document onboarding processes, playbooks, and training workflows to enable scale.
• Identify what to automate or delegate (including AI) while preserving authentic, pastoral touch.
• Travel periodically for in-person trainings and engagements.
