Nurture Nurture, a Pushpay company, seeks a Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience and shape how churches are supported from onboarding to ongoing relationships. This role will own onboarding execution, travel for in-person trainings, and help build the customer success function as Nurture scales.

You will work with pastors and church leadership, translate strategy into systems, and influence the playbook as the company grows in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Experience in a SaaS or technology company managing customer relationships is a plus.
• Strong onboarding and project management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with pastors and leadership.
• Ability to translate business strategy into scalable processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day onboarding execution: securing customer access, coordinating with the dev team on setup, building onboarding templates, and moving projects from access to delivery.
• Partner with the Head of Customer Experience as the through line for customers across coaching calls, kickoff meetings, data practices conversations, and training.
• Run customer-facing meetings independently with monthly check-ins and relationship management for an assigned book of churches.
• Translate between customers and the dev team; follow up on what's complete and what's remaining to minimize engineering involvement.
• Document processes as designed—onboarding playbooks, support workflows, training best practices—to scale the team.
