Job summary

Nurture, a Pushpay company, is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. You will own onboarding and ongoing relationships across a growing book of churches, starting with administrative drive and expanding into strategic partnership.

You will join training and customer engagements, travel for in-person sessions, and help build scalable playbooks and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS or technology customer success required.
• Ability to lead onboarding and ongoing customer relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onboarding execution and setup.
• Partner with Head of Customer Experience on strategy.
• Manage monthly check-ins and relationships for churches.
• Translate between customers and engineering to unblock delivery.
• Document onboarding and support processes for scale.
• Identify tasks suitable for automation or AI.
• Travel for customer trainings and engagements.
