Nurture, a Pushpay company, is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. You’ll own onboarding and evolve into a trusted thought partner shaping scalable customer success across 50+ churches.

You will join an early-stage team in a remote-capable environment, collaborating with development and sales to deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing relationship management as Nurture scales.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onboarding execution and ensure timely access
• Partner with Head of Customer Experience on engagements and training
• Run customer-facing meetings, monthly check-ins, and relationship management for ~50 churches
• Translate between customers and engineering to clarify progress and scope
• Document onboarding processes, playbooks, and workflows for scale
• Identify what can be automated or delegated, including AI tools
• Travel periodically for in-person training and engagements
