Job summary

Nurture Nurture, a Pushpay company, is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. You will own onboarding, drive administrative tasks, and grow into a thought partner shaping the customer success function as Nurture scales.

You will learn pastoral and product context through training trips and customer engagements, then take on execution, process, and long-term relationship management for a growing book of churches.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer onboarding in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to manage ongoing relationships with multiple customers.
• Strong communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onboarding execution and coordinate with development for technical setup.
• Partner with Head of Customer Experience to align on strategy and training engagements.
• Run customer-facing meetings independently, with monthly check-ins for assigned churches book.
• Translate between customers and the dev team, following up on progress and blockers.
• Document onboarding playbooks and support workflows to scale operations.
• Identify what can be automated or delegated to improve efficiency, including AI tools.
• Travel periodically for in-person training and engagements with customers.
