Job summary

Nurture Nurture, a Pushpay company, is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. This role will own onboarding and long-term relationships with churches, gradually shaping the customer success function as we scale.

You will shadow trainings and customer engagements, then take ownership of execution and processes, with travel for in-person training as needed.

Qualifications

• Meaningful church or ministry involvement or staff experience.
• Experience in a customer-facing SaaS or technology company with implementations.
• Ability to prioritize multiple work streams independently.
• Familiarity with church management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding execution and coordinate with development for technical setup.
• Partner with Head of Customer Experience on customer engagements.
• Manage ongoing relationships with an assigned book of churches and conduct monthly check-ins.
• Translate customer needs to the dev team and track progress against commitments.
• Document onboarding and support processes to enable scale.
• Identify tasks that can be automated or delegated, including AI tools.
