Job summary

Nurture, a Pushpay company, is hiring its first dedicated Customer Success Manager to partner with the Head of Customer Experience. You will own onboarding, training, and ongoing relationships across churches, growing into a strategic partner who shapes the customer success function as Nurture scales.

You will join training and customer engagements early, learning pastoral and product context to drive execution, automation, and scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Ability to translate customer needs to engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel for trainings and engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onboarding execution and coordinate with dev teams on setup.
• Partner with Head of Customer Experience on customer engagements.
• Run customer-facing meetings and monthly relationship check-ins.
• Translate feedback to engineering and track progress on commitments.
• Document onboarding processes, playbooks, and training practices.
• Identify automation opportunities and support remote work needs.
