Job summary

Streamline Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee multiple client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, stay current on industry and product knowledge, and coordinate across teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role typically aligns with Mountain or Central time to support U.S.

customers and requires collaboration with product managers, developers, testers, and other staff to drive renewals and expand product usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager is desirable.
• Experience in Project Management and Change Management.
• Leadership and Team Building Skills.
• Background experience in Behavioral Healthcare or in Electronic Medical Records is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Willingness to work alternate schedules, as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer accounts and understand customer needs.
• Manage projects to ensure deliverables are met and hold regular meetings.
• Provide product and industry consultation to customers.
• Facilitate timely access to resources needed by customers.
• Promote added functionality and modules to increase efficiency.
• Communicate frequently with product managers, developers, testers and staff.
• Maintain high customer retention and satisfaction metrics.
