Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in Project Management and Change Management is desirable.
• Background in Behavioral Healthcare or EMR is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Willingness to work alternate schedules, as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer accounts to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as advocate and voice of the customer and coordinate across teams.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Align work schedule with Mountain or Central time zones to support customers.
• Provide product and industry consultation.
• Facilitate timely access to resources needed and maintain retention.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, testers and staff.
