Job summary

3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform client relationships into lasting partnerships. You will engage with customers, provide product education, and offer consultative problem-solving, partnering closely with two Account Managers to guide customers through complex solutions.

The role is fully remote across Eastern and Central time zones, with a hybrid option near a 3E office and 10–20% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles in SaaS/tech.
• Strong relationship-building and empathetic stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience helping customers learn software, adopt features, and achieve outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills to coordinate meetings, priorities, and commitments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new tools.
• familiarity with renewals, retention, or expansion in recurring-revenue models.
• Knowledge of customer success metrics (NRR, adoption, engagement).
• Experience with CRM and engagement platforms such as Salesforce or Gong.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer success plans to maximize value.
• Lead proactive outreach to increase product usage and engagement.
• Collaborate with two Account Managers to strengthen relationships and drive renewals.
• Monitor product engagement and customer feedback to identify risks early.
• Coordinate resources across CS, Onboarding, Support, and Product for timely follow-through.
• Advise customers on best practices and feature adoption to meet business goals.
