3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform customer relationships into lasting partnerships. You will guide clients through our regulatory intelligence and AI solutions, delivering training and consultative problem-solving to maximize value.

This fully remote role supports Eastern and Central time zones, with up to 20% travel possible and potential for incentives beyond base salary. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure renewal and expansion opportunities are realized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, account management, or similar customer-facing role in SaaS or tech.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience helping customers learn software and adopt new capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate meetings and priorities.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365 apps and learning new tools quickly.
• Experience supporting renewals, retention, or expansion in recurring revenue.

Responsabilités

• Develop trusted partnerships with customer stakeholders and understand their priorities.
• Guide customers through product capabilities, deliver training, and drive adoption.
• Lead proactive outreach and create customer success plans to increase usage.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to strengthen relationships and renewals.
• Monitor engagement and feedback to identify risks and coordinate solutions.
• Coordinate resources across CS, Onboarding, Support, and Product to meet needs.
