Job summary

3E seeks a Customer Success Manager to transform relationships into partnerships and help clients maximize our regulatory AI solutions. You’ll train users, guide product adoption, and collaborate with Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to deliver value.

You’ll work remotely across Eastern and Central time zones, with optional hybrid arrangements near a 3E office and 10–20% travel. Strong communication and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS/tech.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and drive adoption.
• Experience training software users and enabling product value realization.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer success plans, proactive outreach, and adoption strategies.
• Partner with two Account Managers to expand value and support renewals.
• Deliver product education, guide feature adoption, and resolve escalation risks.
• Monitor engagement, usage, and feedback to inform internal teams.
