3E is seeking a Customer Success Manager to transform relationships into lasting partnerships and help clients leverage our portfolio of solutions. You will work with two Account Managers, guiding customers through complex solutions, highlighting features, and driving adoption across our product suite.

This role is fully remote across Eastern and Central time zones, with occasional travel (10–20%). You will collaborate with Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to ensure

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication; translate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience teaching software features and workflows to users.
• Background in SaaS, technology, or information services.
• Ability to guide customers to value and adoption of products.
• Excellent organization; manage multiple meetings and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Translate product capabilities into practical value and provide training.
• Lead proactive outreach and develop customer success plans.
• Collaborate with two Account Managers to support renewal and growth.
• Monitor usage and feedback to identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with CS, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams.
