- Onboard and implement technology solutions with customer teams.
- Deploy and support VM-based collectors, integrations, and monitoring tools.
- Provide guidance on networking, DNS, IPs, firewalls, and authentication.
- Support cloud implementations, API integrations, and platform adoption.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues with engineering teams.
- Deliver training and best practices for platform adoption.
- Document environments and milestones.
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
