Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist to join an established organization in the networking and technology services industry for a remote 3-month contract.

The role partners with customers during implementation, activation, and platform adoption, serving as a technical resource throughout onboarding. You will guide network configurations, API integrations, and troubleshooting to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in networking, support, implementation, onboarding, customer success, or related tech role.
• Strong networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, subnetting, firewall policies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and activation sessions with customer IT teams.
• Assist with VM-based collectors, connectors, and telemetry within customer networks.
• Guide customers on IP addressing, DNS, firewall rules, and network connectivity.
• Support API integrations, platform migrations, and adoption initiatives.
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and coordinate with internal teams for escalations.
