Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist for a remote 3-month contract in the networking and technology services field. The role partners with customers during implementation, activation, and platform adoption, serving as a technical resource throughout the onboarding lifecycle.

You will lead onboarding sessions, assist with VM-based collectors and API integrations, and guide customers through networking requirements and security considerations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in networking/technical roles.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, firewall policies, SSH, SNMP.
• Experience explaining technical concepts to customers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and activation sessions with IT teams to deploy and configure platform integrations.
• Assist with VM-based collectors, connectors, and telemetry solutions within customer environments.
• Guide customers through IP addressing, DNS, firewall rules, access credentials, and network connectivity requirements.
• Support API integrations, platform migrations, and onboarding initiatives while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Troubleshoot onboarding challenges and coordinate escalation with internal teams.
