Job summary

EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to lead onboarding and support for customers using our SaaS platform. The role emphasizes customer advocacy and delivering excellent service while working in a fast-growing, fully remote environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Customer Success in tech, a preferred Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office apps. Environmental, Health, and Safety knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience working in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge and experience a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset and interest in continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers to minimize time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets across different levels of support.
• Provide customers with the best option to solve their problems.
• Follow processes and policies to ensure high customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and demo additional modules to customers.
• Inform customers about new features and how they benefit them.
• Learn the software and domain knowledge independently to understand customer problems.
• Demonstrate knowledge of software and EHS domain to customers.
• Contribute to team and identify onboarding/process improvements.
• Tackle increasingly complex customer problems.
