Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers and lead them through the onboarding process.
• Respond to support tickets and provide best options to solve problems.
• Identify opportunities to upsell modules and demonstrate those to customers.
• Inform customers of new features and functionality.
