Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset with continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers, leading them through the process and reducing time to value.
• Respond to support tickets at various levels and propose optimal solutions.
• Follow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional modules and demonstrate them.
• Inform customers about new features and functionality beneficial to them.
• Learn the software and domain knowledge independently to better solve problems.
• Demonstrate mastery of EHS software and domain knowledge in practice.
• Collaborate with the team and continuously improve onboarding and processes.
