EHS Insight, a StarTex Software brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to drive onboarding and ensure customer success with our environmental, health, and safety SaaS platform. You will advocate for customers, resolve onboarding issues, and guide users through the product to realize value.

You will respond to support requests, identify expansion opportunities, and stay current with product updates. This is a fully remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Environmental, Health, and Safety domain is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding of new customers and minimize time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets at various levels and provide effective solutions.
• Inform customers of new features and demonstrate value.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional modules.
