StarTex Software LLC, through EHS Insight, seeks a Customer Success Associate to drive onboarding and ongoing support for customers using our SaaS environmental, health, and safety software. You will advocate for customers, resolve issues during onboarding, and identify opportunities to expand modules while learning the domain knowledge.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, remote work, and continuous improvement within a fast-growing, distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety industry a plus.
• Customer-centric and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and minimize time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues.
• Respond to support tickets across levels.
• Offer best options to solve customer problems.
• Follow processes to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
