Job summary
StarTex Software LLC (EHS Insight brand) is hiring a Customer Success Associate to drive customer onboarding, support, and expansion opportunities in a fully remote environment. You will help customers achieve value from our environmental, health and safety software, guiding them through onboarding, resolving issues, and recommending additional modules.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
- Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for new customers and minimize time to value.
- Guide customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
- Respond to support tickets across levels and provide best solution.
- Propose relevant additional modules and demo them to customers.
- Inform customers about new features and benefits of the software.
- Learn the software and environmental health and safety domain independently.
- Demonstrate progress and learnings to the team and customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and other processes.
