Job summary

StarTex Software LLC, through EHS Insight, offers a fully remote Customer Success Associate role helping customers onboard and succeed with our SaaS platform. You will guide onboarding, respond to tickets, and propose modules that add value while learning EH&S domain knowledge.

The position emphasizes customer advocacy, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-growing, distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers to minimize time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets across multiple levels.
• Offer customers the best option to solve their problem.
• Follow processes and policies to ensure customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell modules and demo them to customers.
• Inform customers of new features and functionality.
• Learn the software and EH&S domain knowledge independently.
• Demonstrate learning to customers and continuously improve onboarding.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to process improvements.
