StarTex Software LLC, through its EHS Insight brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to onboard new customers, drive value from our SaaS platform, and ensure customer success remotely.

You will respond to support tickets, guide customers to optimal solutions, and identify opportunities to expand usage with additional modules, while learning the environmental health and safety domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety knowledge a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding of new customers, minimizing time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets across levels.
• Provide best options to solve customer problems.
• Follow processes to ensure customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify opportunities for additional modules and demonstrate them to customers.
• Inform customers of new features and capabilities that benefit them.
• Learn the software and domain knowledge independently.
• Demonstrate learning of EHS domain knowledge.
• Contribute to onboarding/process improvements and collaborate with the team.
