Job summary

StarTex Software LLC, through its EHS Insight brand, seeks a Customer Success Associate for a fully remote US-wide role. We value an engineering-led, SaaS culture with flexible work arrangements and strong customer focus.

You will onboard customers, resolve issues, respond to tickets, and demonstrate product value while exploring expansion opportunities and expanding domain knowledge in environmental, health and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and minimize time to value.
• Respond to support tickets and provide optimal solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities and demo additional modules.
• Inform customers of new features and functionality.
• Learn the software and EH&S domain to assist customers.
