Job summary

• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in tech or SaaS is a plus.
• Familiarity with EHS industry is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Respond to support tickets and propose best solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell modules and educate customers on features.
• Learn the software and environmental, health, and safety domain.
• Collaborate with team to improve onboarding processes and customer outcomes.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
