Job summary

StarTex Software LLC, through its EHS Insight brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to onboard and support customers, ensuring value and satisfaction with our SaaS platform. You will respond to tickets, demonstrate modules, and learn environmental, health, and safety topics to better assist customers.

You will work remotely with a flexible setup, collaborating with teams to improve onboarding and customer outcomes while expanding product usage and knowledge across diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 1-3 years of experience working in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge and experience a plus
• Customer-centric, customer-focused, motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding of new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and resolving issues.
• Respond to support tickets at various levels and propose optimal solutions.
• Follow processes to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand usage by suggesting and demoing additional modules.
• Inform customers of new features and benefits of the software.
• Learn the software and domain knowledge independently and grow problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate learning and contribute to team excellence and process improvements.
• Handle increasingly complex customer problems with a scalable approach.
