StarTex Software LLC, through its EHS Insight brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to drive onboarding, support, and ongoing value realization for customers. You will advocate for clients, ensure successful adoption of our SaaS software, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in a fully remote environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independence, and the ability to identify opportunities for expanding usage of EHS modules while helping customers achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge a plus
• Customer-centric, motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new customers and guide them through the onboarding process.
• Respond to support tickets with various levels and propose the best options.
• Follow processes to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell modules and demo them to customers.
• Inform customers of new features and functionality that benefit them.
• Work independently to learn the software and domain knowledge.
• Demonstrate learning of software and EHS domain knowledge.
• Collaborate with team to improve onboarding and related processes.
