Job summary

StarTex Software LLC, operating under the EHS Insight brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to onboard and support customers using our SaaS platform. This remote role emphasizes proactive guidance, strong communication, and delivering exceptional service to help customers achieve value quickly.

You will manage onboarding, respond to tickets, demonstrate features, and learn the environmental, health and safety domain to solve increasingly complex customer problems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience working in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge and experience a plus
• Customer-centric, customer-focused, motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
• Excellent communication skills including active listening.

Responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding of new customers and lead them through the onboarding process.
• Respond to support tickets and provide the best option to solve the problem.
• Identify opportunities to benefit from additional modules and demo them to customers.
• Inform customers of new software features and functionality that will benefit them.
• Work independently to learn the software, domain knowledge and customer problems.
• Demonstrate learning of the software and EHS domain knowledge.
• Collaborate with the team to improve onboarding processes and procedures.
• Solve customer problems of increasing complexity using a scalable process.
