Job summary

StarTex Software LLC, through its EHS Insight brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate. You will onboard customers, guide them through implementation, respond to support inquiries, and help customers realize the value of our environmental, health, and safety software.

We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in Customer Success within a tech field. A customer-centric mindset and comfort with a fully remote environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success in a technology field.
• Environmental, Health, and Safety industry knowledge a plus.
• Customer-centric, customer-focused, motivated by continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers to minimize time to value.
• Lead customers through onboarding and resolve issues during the process.
• Respond to support tickets across levels.
• Advise customers on the best options to solve their problems.
• Follow processes to ensure excellent satisfaction and align with goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities for additional modules and demo them.
• Inform customers of new features and benefits.
• Learn the software and EHS domain knowledge independently.
• Demonstrate learning and contribute to team and process improvements.
• Tackle progressively complex customer problems with poise.
