StarTex Software LLC, through its EHS Insight brand, is hiring a Customer Success Associate to lead onboarding, support customers, and drive value from our environmental, health, and safety software. You will respond to tickets, guide users through solutions, and identify opportunities for additional modules, all while working remotely within the United States.

You will join a mission-driven team that emphasizes customer advocacy, professional growth, and a flexible, fully remote work setup.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with customer onboarding and support.
• Familiarity with EHS/SAAS is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer onboarding and drive time-to-value.
• Respond to support tickets with clear options and solutions.
• Follow processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell modules and demonstrate benefits.
• Inform customers about new features and functionality.
• Learn the software and industry domain to assist customers.
• Collaborate with team to improve onboarding processes.
