Job summary

1-800 Contacts is seeking remote customer service specialists to handle inbound sales and service calls. You’ll help customers select products, provide guidance, and deliver a WOW experience in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Starting Monday, November 9, 2026, you can work full-time, part-time, or split shifts. Compensation is $15/hour with a bonus potential up to $6/hour, plus comprehensive benefits. Approved states apply for remote employment in UT, TX, FL, and NC.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years minimum customer service experience.
• Inbound sales and contact center experience is a plus.
• Must reside in approved states: Utah, Texas, Florida and North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with sales and service.
• Offer recommended products and guidance to maximize value on every call.
• Engage with managers and team through one-on-ones, meetings, and chats in a virtual environment.
• Provide top-tier service in a fast-paced setting and maintain high performance metrics.
• Identify and resolve customer issues quickly to ensure a positive experience.
• Hit targets for revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability.
