Job summary

1-800 Contacts is seeking remote customer service agents to handle inbound sales and service calls with a focus on WOW experiences. Training lasts 4 weeks (M-F, 10 AM–5 PM MST) with 100% attendance required. Start date is Monday, November 9, 2026.

Roles include full-time, part-time, or split shifts with afternoon/evening hours and one weekend shift. Requirements include 2–3 years in customer service, inbound sales experience a plus, reliable internet, 40 wpm typing, and residency in approved

Qualifications

• 2–3 years minimum customer service experience.
• Inbound sales and contact center experience a plus.
• Goal-getter mentality with strong metrics.
• Friendly, engaging personality with customers.
• Reliable internet and 20 Mbps/10 Mbps speeds or better.
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.
• Private, dedicated quiet workspace for confidentiality.
• Must reside in approved locations: NC, TX, FL, UT.
