Job summary

Xerxes HydroChain is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to coordinate between Territory Sales Managers, engineering teams, distributors, contractors, and consulting partners to advance opportunities through the sales process and deliver exceptional customer support.

The role emphasizes identifying qualified project opportunities, maintaining accurate project data, coordinating technical deliverables, and helping secure HydroChain projects through effective project management and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial or civil construction, manufacturing, or project coordination roles.
• Experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification through completion.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while supporting teams in Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify project-based sales opportunities with Territory Sales Managers.
• Maintain accurate project data in the CRM and coordinate project activities across teams.
• Review technical deliverables, drawings, and project documentation for accuracy.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and support development of budgets and quotations.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, engineers and other partners.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
