Job summary

Xerxes is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to coordinate between Territory Sales Managers, engineering teams, distributors, contractors, and consulting partners to advance opportunities through the sales process and deliver exceptional customer support.

Success in this role means identifying qualified project opportunities, maintaining accurate project data, coordinating technical deliverables, reducing customer response times, and helping secure HydroChain projects through effective

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a related field, preferably within commercial construction, civil construction, manufacturing, project coordination, estimating, customer solutions, or inside sales environments.
• Experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification through project completion.
• Ability to understand and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while supporting teams operating in Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance sales opportunities by partnering with Territory Sales Managers to qualify project-based opportunities.
• Manage projects through the sales lifecycle and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Coordinate activities with drafting, engineering, and internal support teams; monitor status and shipment dates.
• Review technical deliverables, drawings, and project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and support budgetary/quotations development.
• Ensure customers and sales partners receive timely and accurate project information and deliverables.
• Help improve customer response times and overall project execution.
