Xerxes HydroChain is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to coordinate opportunities from qualification to execution, working with Territory Sales Managers, engineering teams, distributors, and contractors. The role emphasizes timely technical deliverables, accurate data, and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will review civil plans, assist with pricing strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction across the project lifecycle while operating in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in related fields (commercial/construction/project coordination).
• Experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification through completion.
• Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with MS Office.
• Comfort working in a remote environment while supporting teams in Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance sales opportunities with Territory Sales Managers; qualify project-based opportunities.
• Coordinate project activities; maintain CRM data; monitor status and timelines.
• Review technical deliverables, drawings, and documentation; support quotations.
• Serve as a technical resource; liaison between customers, sales, and engineering.
• Build relationships with distributors, contractors, and partners; ensure effective communication.
• Drive continuous improvement by tracking market intelligence and process efficiency.
