Qualifications

• 2-4 years in commercial or civil construction or related field.
• Experience supporting project-based work from start to finish.
• Ability to read construction plans and specs.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Remote work ability with Eastern Time support.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance sales opportunities with Territory Sales Managers and partners.
• Manage projects through the sales lifecycle with accurate CRM data.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and engineers.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships with distributors, contractors, and consultants.
• Drive continuous improvement by capturing market intelligence and optimizing processes.
