Xerxes HydroChain is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to coordinate opportunities across Territory Sales Managers, engineering teams, distributors, contractors and partners. You will manage project data, track progress, and deliver technical inputs to advance opportunities through the sales cycle while delivering outstanding customer support.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration, strong project management, and clear communication with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience in commercial/construction-related fields.
• Experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification through completion.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while supporting teams in ET.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify project-based sales opportunities with Territory Sales Managers.
• Coordinate technical deliverables and maintain accurate project data in the CRM.
• Monitor project status, timelines, and shipment dates; ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and assist in developing quotes and budgets.
• Serve as a technical resource and liaison between customers, sales, and engineering teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and partners.
• Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
