Job summary

Xerxes HydroChain is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to coordinate between Territory Sales Managers, engineering teams, distributors, contractors, and partners. You will advance opportunities, manage project data, and deliver strong customer support through the sales lifecycle.

Success hinges on identifying qualified opportunities, coordinating technical deliverables, and reducing response times while engaging stakeholders to drive HydroChain projects forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or civil construction environments with project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify project opportunities with Territory Sales Managers.
• Manage projects through the sales lifecycle from qualification to execution.
• Coordinate drafting, engineering and internal support teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track timelines, status and shipments.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and support quotations.
• Provide timely, accurate project information to customers and partners.
• Improve customer response times and project execution effectiveness.
