Job summary

Xerxes is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to drive project opportunities from qualification to execution. You will coordinate between Territory Sales Managers, engineering teams, distributors, contractors, and consulting partners to move opportunities through the sales process and deliver exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate project data in the CRM, coordinating technical deliverables, and helping secure HydroChain projects through effective project

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in related fields such as commercial/construction/project coordination
• Experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification through completion
• Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong PM and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while supporting ET-based teams

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance project-based sales opportunities with Territory Sales Managers
• Maintain accurate project information in the CRM and coordinate with drafting/engineering
• Review technical deliverables and assist with quotations
• Engage distributors, contractors, engineers, and partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Support pricing strategies and budget development
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and customer experience
